Namaste! My name is Emanuel Lucian Enache, I am 47 years old and I am the founder of the Harmony Yoga system. Through this system of Harmony Yoga I discovered and surprised, the Harmony Systems of Life or the Circuits of Life Energy Systems. I have been practicing Yoga for the last 32 years and I have always looked for the energy patterns common to all people and I was inspired by the Human Body Map.
I will try to explain something very complex, in simple terms and in a short time! But you will be able to intuit and verify all this, each of you, because we all have these Systems and Circuits of Life right in our bodies! It is true, to come to this day and age and affirm and be able to prove, in the Yogai world, that we all have these energy systems that open up new levels of spiritual efficiency, new levels of chakra awakening and re-discover levels of millennia-old Yoga! I started with Harmony Yoga and ended up developing in parallel Harmony Massage, Harmony Tantra, Harmony Ayurveda Rasayana and Harmony Vastu and soon I will also launch the Tarot of the 7 Chakras, together with a documentary: "The Yoga Rebirth", with several episodes on all these areas.
Just think about this aspect, of the reality of the human being: if we put all human beings together, without knowing a common language, we would all understand each other, because there are many more aspects that unite us and that we have in common, than those that separate us, and our life energies are common in our bodies, even if we differ in proportion, gender, age, etc, but we all breathe, eat, sleep, etc. On this journey I propose that we walk together, through this documentary and this book of Our Body Maps!
Ok, but I was surprised that it is still not known, and we all don't know yet, even though we all have and feel them, the exact, millimetric, creation level circuits and pathways that link the soles and palms for example to these organs and systems or even chakras...!? We know that there are the classical meridian systems of TCM, which are found in acupressure, massage, acupuncture or the nadis systems of yoga or the marmas of ayurveda, and that new systems have appeared such as Su-Jok, prana healing, EFT, taping, etc. But what is their common denominator, which is found in our bodies, all of us? Well, we don't all know that yet... although we all have them, in our pockets! But, now and here is the time to know them, to recognize them and to feel them consciously! There are detailed blueprints and energy techniques for every system, circuit, organ and chakra.
I would raise a few common sense questions:
1. in order to awaken, nourish, heal or balance an energy within us, is it not common sense to work that energy exactly in the range in which that organ, circuit and system is functioning?
2. in order to treat an illness more holistically and faster, is it not more efficient to activate from all points of the body, the circuits and projections of these systems and to work from the energetic plane, touched by yoga and massage, to the plane of mental understanding or nutrition?
3. in order to be effective in all this, can we not begin to realise, compare and check the pulse of our life, the uniqueness of our being, with our own advantages and disadvantages and especially our own rhythm, with a universally valid model, both as a general timetable of functioning and as structures, systems and energies?
4. Would it not be easier and more natural to activate or massage certain energy circuits if we also followed the order of activation of these systems and energies that nature achieves in the human being, both through each breath and during the 24 hours?
1. TCM works with only 9 of the 12 organs.
2. I do not believe that energy flows in 90 degree angles.
3. too few of the TCM meridians pass through the organ whose name it bears.
4. I don't see in TCM a clear correlation, passage and connection between each meridian and the next, although between the organs and systems of the human body this exists constantly and permanently.
5. I believe that only a part of the whole TCM was transmitted to the West, not all 24 meridians were taught and it is obvious that it is a system that originated, taken and adapted from Indian and Tibetan Yoga.
6. in this sense, I believe that the 5 elements of the Tao are only the elements of nature, but they are not the elements of the creation of the universe, because we cannot restrict the universal level of the air element only to the wood element and the vacuum/akasha element only to the metal element. There are still 5, but they are universal: the elements of earth, water, fire, air and vacuum/akasha.
7. the TCM meridians do not connect all the extremities and projection points of the organs and chakras in the body to each other, nor do they show the connection between organs and chakras, the paths between the physical body and the energy body.
1. it includes and uses all 12 organs, all 12 systems, with their closed and open circuits and all 7 endocrine glands and chakras - SAV has a separate system for the first 6 chakras and enocrine glands along with a system dedicated to only the 7th endocrine gland and chakra.
2. connects all the extremities and projection points of the organs and chakras in the body to each other and connects the organs and chakras, showing the pathways between the physical body and the energy body - each system/organ has a clear pathway and blueprint linking all of them in the physical body and another pathway and blueprint linking the physical body to the related chakra.
3. captures the passage, connectivity and continuation of energies from one system and organ to another and through another level, from one chakra to another - resulting in a unified and continuous whole, also verified on a daily, monthly and yearly schedule of rotation and succession of all these energies.
4. involves the stimulation and balancing of these systems/organs/chakras through all the external mechanisms and through the 5 senses, through holistic circuits and techniques: from yoga postures and breaths, to chakra petal energetics and matrika, through massage and self-massage paths and techniques, chromotherapy, crystal therapy, music therapy, aromatherapy, ayurveda, tantra, vastu, etc.
5. uses all the 5 basic elements and bricks of the universe, the elements earth, water, fire, air and vacuum/akasha to be able to ascend to other levels of the Harmony of Life Systems, which are located in the subtle, energetic and astral bodies of the human being and the Supramental and Divine Self in man.
These opinions and techniques represent a personal view and are still under development. Even though I have worked on them for years - they are still perfectible and further modifications, corrections and adjustments may occur, even if the basic principles have a validity and presence in every human being. The plans and techniques can still become more detailed, more thorough and more interrelated. Thank you to all the open people who have helped me and I thank them in advance and to all the people who will help me to develop and refine these Harmony of Life Systems together.
